SOLAR INSTALLER APPRENTICEStart Your Career in Renewable Energy!

Aerotek is seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in the solar industry. We are looking for candidates with any level of electrical, construction, roofing, or mechanical experience who are eager to learn and grow into Solar Installer roles.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Installing residential solar systems
  • Pulling wire and assisting with electrical installations
  • Bending and installing conduit
  • Mounting solar panels and racking systems
  • Working on rooftops and elevated surfaces
  • Using hand and power tools
  • Assisting licensed electricians and experienced solar technicians
  • Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean worksite
Experience We Are Looking For
  • Electrical apprentices or helpers
  • Experience pulling wire or bending conduit
  • Low voltage or high voltage electrical work
  • Installation of ceiling fans, switches, outlets, lighting, or other residential electrical systems
  • Roofing experience
  • Construction, labor, or mechanical backgrounds
  • Solar installation experience is a plus but not required
Qualifications
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
