Opportunities Available in Solar & Marine Sectors

We are currently seeking motivated individuals with electrical experience across multiple sectors: Solar Electrical Technicians, Rail and Marine Electricians. Opportunities are available for candidates ranging from entry-level technicians to experienced journeyman-level professionals.


Solar Electrical Technician Roles

Pay: $20 – $65/hr (based on experience)

We have openings for individuals with hands-on electrical knowledge interested in working within the renewable energy space. Candidates may be involved in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system support across a variety of solar projects.

We’re looking for individuals who:

  • Have some level of electrical or technical experience
  • Are comfortable working in outdoor environments
  • Can read basic prints or follow install procedures (preferred)
  • Are looking to grow into more advanced electrical roles

Marine Electrician Roles (Navy / Submarine Work)

Pay: $22 – $35/hr (based on experience) Secret Clearance Highly Preferred

Open positions range from basic electronic technicians to skilled marine electricians supporting projects in a shipyard environment, including work onboard Navy vessels.
