Location: Remote
Travel: Up to 25% travel
Level: 4 (Experience Contributor) or 5 (Senior)
Base Salary Range: $85K - $115K (not including benefits)
General Position Description
The Customer Success Manager is responsible for the successful onboarding, management and growth of client relationships and their associated projects at Arva Intelligence. As a conduit between Sales, Marketing and Product, this position is critical to successfully executing on Agronomic and Environmental asset sales deliverables and other projects developed by Sales and Leadership. This position also works closely with Product Management to communicate client, project and long-term business needs to ensure quality software and technology development aligned with overall business goals and verification/validation standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytics, resources, and technical support to drive successful client enablement and project execution.
  • Aid in establishing timelines and execution strategy for the annual deliverable cycle, including enrollment goals and data collection.
  • Act as a feedback loop between partner clients and the company, relaying feature requests and technology improvements to internal stakeholders and leadership to drive a superior partner experience.
  • Provide training and ongoing support for new and existing partners.
  • Ensure clients provide valuable, actionable feedback to drive quality product development.
  • Utilize data analysis and internal reporting to track pacing across active projects, ensuring that specific partner deliverables and deadlines are managed and supported effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, tracking bug fixes and technical resolutions to maintain partner satisfaction.
  • Lead and execute strategic initiatives and special projects, such as pilot programs for emerging environmental assets, to drive innovation and iterative improvements for the company.
Core Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, Crop and Soil Sciences, Environmental Science, or Agricultural Engineering.
  • Sales experience or the ability to support Sales Enablement and contribute to new marketing strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software: Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or others.
  • Deep familiarity with Precision Ag data layers including yield maps, soil samples, and VRT.
  • Experience with FMIS and the integration of data layers into SaaS platforms.
  • Technical aptitude and experience in SaaS support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in GIS, Power BI, or Tableau to translate complex agronomic data into actionable client insights.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to drive account health and project organization.
  • Working knowledge of Carbon Accounting, Nature-Based Solutions, and environmental assets.
  • Prior sales and account management experience is preferred.
