Candidates with an Associate's degree and four or more years of relevant experience will also be considered.Willingness to obtain Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) certification within one year of employment.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Working knowledge of pesticide chemistry, weed science, soil science, and soil fertility.Experience with or an understanding of precision agriculture technologies and agronomic data management.A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with growers.The confidence to challenge conventional thinking and encourage clients to adopt new ideas backed by unbiased, science-based agronomic recommendations.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Valid driver's license required. Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $60,000 – $100,000 based on experience, education, and agronomic expertise.IAS also offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding precision agriculture consulting company.How to ApplyPlease submit your application by clicking APPLY TO THIS POSITION icon.
