About the Role

We are seeking a highly meticulous and inquisitive QA (Quality Assurance) Engineer with astrong sense of responsibility and ownership. You'll be responsible for safeguarding productquality by meticulously examining every detail of our products and projects. The ideal candidatenot only finds bugs but also actively drives their resolution and helps push projects to asuccessful, timely launch.

We are looking for a key team member who acts as a project driver, upholding an unwaveringcommitment to quality and integrity.

What You'll Do

- Proactively engage with product managers, developers,and other stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of all projectrequirements and technical implementation plans.

- Based on your thorough understanding, you willcreate detailed test plans that cover every possible user path and potential edge case.

- Use your strong logical reasoning and documentationskills to design targeted, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.

- Uphold a "quality-first" principle by conducting complete andthorough testing and acceptance of every project, ensuring all features are stable andreliable.

- Proactively communicate with the development team, clearlyarticulating issues and providing reproducible steps. You will actively facilitate theresolution of bugs until they are completely resolved.

- When necessary, proactively communicate with technical leadsor product owners to flag quality and timeline risks, driving decisions and actions toensure projects land quickly and with high quality.

-  Skillfully use popular testing tools and technologies to enhancetesting efficiency and effectiveness.

- Be responsible for maintaining and updating test cases,reports, and other related documentation to provide a clear and traceable record for theteam. 


Qualifications

-  5+ years of professional experience in QA or software testing.

-  A strong foundation in software testing theory and practical application.

-  Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

-  Proficiency with Jira.

-  Experience with at least one automated testing framework or scripting language (e.g.,Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Python, Java, JavaScript).

-  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

-  Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
