Intappis looking for an enthusiastic individual for the position of QA Automation Engineer. This person will make a real impact on the business by helping grow our test automation team and processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion forhigh qualitysoftware and engineering principles with strong analytic, problemsolvingand programming skills. This person brings a softwareengineermindset to this role by using best practices andappropriate designpatterns to build solutions for our test automation tools, frameworks, and automated tests.

Whatyou willdo:

• Collaborate across functions with product managers, software architects, and developers, contributing to release planning and software design.

• Design, develop, andmaintainautomated test frameworks and test suites for web applications.

• Create comprehensive test strategies, including both manual and automated test scenarios.

• Execute manual testing whereappropriate, including exploratory, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Build andmaintainautomation tooling usingPlaywrightprimarily.

• Build and run automated tests as part of continuousintegration/continuousdelivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

• Create dashboards andreportingmetrics to drive release quality and continuous improvements.

What you will need:

• Proven experience in software testing, including test planning, test case creation, execution, defect reporting, and issue tracking (typically 5+ years), with a strong focus on test automation.

• Hands-on experience withPlaywrightfor e2e test automation.

• Solid understanding of software development principles and Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in React(preferred), and familiarity with web technologies such as HTML and CSS.

• Expert knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools, covering both manual and automated testing approaches.

• Experience in configuring andmaintainingCI/CD pipelines to support automated testing workflows, along withproficiencyin version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Strong organizational and time management skills to work across projects, proactively managing competing priorities.

• Excellent communication skills to work in a collaborative environment and participate in stakeholder meetings.

• Familiarity with load, stress, or performance testing tools and methodologies is a plus.

• An understanding of Microsoft Azure & Amazon Web Services is a plus.
