Sr Application Systems Analyst / Developer

Honolulu, HI (Hybrid)

We're partnering with a leading healthcare organization seeking a Sr Application Systems Analyst / Developer to support and enhance critical business applications. This position combines application development, production support, technical leadership, and business collaboration in a highly visible environment.

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for application architecture and system design
  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide Tier II/Tier III support
  • Develop and enhance solutions using .NET and SQL technologies
  • Build and support automated processes, batch jobs, and reporting solutions
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system solutions
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Conduct testing, code reviews, and quality assurance activities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and development teams
  • Lead technical efforts on small-to-medium-sized projects
  • Recommend system improvements and process enhancements
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience with .NET development and SQL Server
  • Experience developing automation solutions and supporting batch scheduling tools (such as Tidal or similar platforms)

Pay and Benefits
