Job Description:


Title: Quality Assurance Tech I


Type (Contract): 6 months


Location: North Reading BOS 12 (6 A.M 2 P.M EST; 2 P.M 10 P.M EST)


Pay Range: $28-$30/hr.


Day to Day:



  • Collect high-quality data to support machine learning models used for Client's Robotics systems.

  • Operate and test robotic arms while recording movement and interaction data.

  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues using Linux and Python when testing environments encounter problems.

  • Execute testing procedures, validate results, and accurately document findings.

  • Collaborate with engineers and research teams to improve AI training datasets and robotic performance.

  • Build or maintain basic data reports and visualizations to communicate testing progress and results.


Must haves:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience with Python and Linux.

  • Basic understanding of software testing, debugging, or QA methodologies.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to follow repeatable processes.

  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced technical environment.

  • PLUSSES

  • Experience with SQL and/or R for data analysis or visualization.

  • Internship, co-op, or professional experience supporting robotics, automation, AI, or machine learning projects.

  • Experience working with robotic systems, computer vision, or data collection for AI model training.
