This internship provides hands-on experience in recruiting, employee onboarding, HR operations, and workforce administration within a fast-paced technology and defense environment. As a Talent Acquisition & HR Intern, you will work closely with recruiting and HR professionals, supporting day-to-day operations while developing foundational knowledge of recruiting, employee lifecycle management, and HR best practices. Duties & Responsibilities * Assist with posting open positions to job boards, university career platforms, and social media channels. * Support interview scheduling and coordination with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams. * Assist with candidate communications throughout the recruiting process. * Support onboarding activities, including orientation logistics and new hire documentation. * Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within HR systems. * Assist with data entry, reporting, and HR documentation. * Help develop recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement materials. * Support employee events, communications, and HR initiatives. * Conduct research on recruiting trends, university partnerships, and talent sourcing strategies. * Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR teams. * Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications * Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. * Eagerness to learn and contribute in a professional setting.
