You will work across Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and nCino platforms while leveraging Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), Apex testing frameworks, Lightning Web Component (LWC) testing, API testing, and CI/CD quality gates through Copado Pipelines. You will partner closely with developers, product teams, architects, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality software solutions that support mission-critical banking experiences.

  • Validate Salesforce security controls including profiles, permission sets, field-level security (FLS), CRUD access, and sharing models.
  • Execute API and integration testing for internal and external systems supporting banking operations.
  • Partner with Development, Product, QA, Compliance, and Architecture teams to ensure quality is built into every phase of the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Maintain traceability between user stories, automated tests, execution results, and defects throughout the delivery pipeline.
  • Configure and support quality gates within Copado deployment pipelines to ensure release readiness and platform stability.
  • Analyze automated test results, troubleshoot failures, identify root causes, and collaborate on corrective actions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on test automation frameworks, test data management, and quality engineering practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-4 years of software testing, automation engineering, or Salesforce platform experience.
  • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and JavaScript.
  • Experience writing automated tests using one or more of the following: Copado CRT, Provar, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Apex testing frameworks, LWC Jest, Postman, or comparable UI, API, Salesforce, and enterprise automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate defects and identify root causes.
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce platform fundamentals including objects, record types, page layouts, Flows, and security models.
  • Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Copado Pipelines.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I, Administrator, or related Salesforce certification.
  • Familiarity with banking, compliance, or regulated-industry technology environments.
What Will Help You Succeed
  • Passion for quality engineering and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Curiosity for emerging Salesforce and automation technologies.
  • Ability to balance quality, speed, and business value in a fast-paced environment.
