What does a software support intern do?

A Software Support Intern assists users and clients by troubleshooting software issues, answering technical questions, and providing guidance on using applications effectively. They often work under the supervision of experienced support staff, learning how to diagnose problems, document solutions, and escalate complex issues. This role is an entry-level position, ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the tech industry. Interns may also help with software testing, updating documentation, and communicating feedback from users to development teams.
