You will define architecture standards, guide solution design, and partner with engineering, product, security, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and modern solutions. You will combine strategic vision with hands-on technical leadership to accelerate automation, artificial intelligence adoption, and platform modernization throughout the organization.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary architect for Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and emerging Microsoft artificial intelligence technologies, owning the reference architecture, governance model, and technical roadmap across the enablement portfolio.
  • Architect end-to-end automation and enablement solutions spanning low-code platforms, artificial intelligence agents, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Ensure solutions are secure by design, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Design and govern software development lifecycle practices across enablement platforms, including application lifecycle management and continuous integration and continuous deployment strategies.
  • Administer and maintain GitHub governance standards, including repository management, access controls, branching strategies, and developer workflows.
  • Contribute to architectural standards and integration approaches across Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and related data and artificial intelligence platforms.
  • Lead solution design sessions and provide technical direction from concept through deployment.
  • Establish and promote engineering excellence through design reviews, automation practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable recommendations for engineering teams, business partners, and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to design and implement automation and enablement solutions while strengthening technical capabilities within those teams.
  • Collaborate with Information Security, Cloud Architecture, and Software Engineering teams to ensure compliance and architectural alignment.
  • Develop reusable components, connector patterns, and reference architectures that accelerate platform adoption and delivery.
  • Mentor developers and citizen developers, supporting technical growth and fostering best practices across the organization.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Proven experience implementing artificial intelligence solutions within enterprise environments and translating emerging technologies into practical business outcomes.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Azure/High Code and Microsoft artificial intelligence technologies.
  • Experience establishing platform governance, environment strategies, data loss prevention policies, and application lifecycle management practices.
  • Experience applying FinOps principles and leveraging platform cost insights to optimize technology investments.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, GitHub administration, continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, and automated testing practices.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or comparable data and artificial intelligence platforms.
  • Experience designing solutions across pro-code environments and integrating them effectively.
  • Proficiency with one or more programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Demonstrated success influencing technical and business stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with evolving priorities and short delivery cycles.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
