Job description

Amazon Device Software & Services (DS2) owns the common platform services layer for millions of consumer electronics, including the best-selling Kindle and Echo family of products. We use our superpowers and passion for building the impossible to help launch the next generation of innovative device services for Fire tablets, Fire TV, and Amazon Echo, as well as a few more we can't mention yet.
As a Principal TPM, you'll lead the Devices team's effort to expand and support new identity initiatives across our portfolio of consumer and enterprise products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, security, and privacy, to design and deliver innovative solutions that enable the next generation of identity services

You'll drive the strategic implementation of new authorization technologies, such as passkeys and biometrics, across our device ecosystem.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams, leadership, product management, and UX to ensure we're building the best customer experience using innovative technologies.
-Serve as the identity point of contact (POC) for broader Devices organization mechanisms, such as Launch Readiness (LR) reviews, Deep Dives, and Risk Reviews.
-Manage stakeholder relationships across DS2 and product line partners (Echo, Fire TV, eReader, Tablet), including executive-level communications.
-Lead the roadmap prioritization process.
-Manage cross-functional quality initiatives.
-Establish and improve processes for managing complex, cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedules.
