Description du poste

Portage CyberTech est à la recherche d’un Analyste QA avec de l’expérience en automatisation de tests pour nous aider dans la livraison de produits logiciels de qualité. Vous ferez partie intégrante de la gestion de la qualité et serez appelé à tester les correctifs et les nouvelles fonctionnalités, la documentation et les API clients, et à contribuer à l’amélioration et l’automatisation de tests.


Responsabilités 

    • Planifier, créer et exécuter les plans de test selon les requis définis du produit et en estimer les efforts
    • Concevoir, développer et maintenir des tests automatisés (Playwright)
    • Clarifier les requis, au besoin, en collaboration avec l’équipe de produit.
    • Définir et maintenir une couverture de tests adaptée aux requis fonctionnels et techniques
    • Donner de la rétroaction constructive à l’équipe de développement
    • Identifier, documenter et suivre les anomalies jusqu’à leur résolution
    • Participer activement aux cérémonies Agile (Scrum / Kanban)
    • Effectuer le support de niveau 3 de nos produits.
      (aucune communication directe avec le client, aucune astreinte)


    Exigences de base

    • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en assurance qualité logicielle avec spécialisation en automatisation
    • Expérience solide avec Playwright
    • Bonne maîtrise de Git (gestion de branches, pull requests, résolution de conflits)
    • Expérience avec des outils de suivi des anomalies et de gestion de tests (Jira, TestRail, AWS, RoboMongo, etc.)
    • Utilisation IA pour la génération et l’optimisation des scripts de tests

     Atout

    • Expérience avec pipelines CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps ou équivalent)
    • Expérience avec BDD / langages de définition de tests (Cucumber, Gherkin, SpecFlow)
    • Expérience avec des outils de visual testing IA (ex. Applitools)

    Job Description

    Portage CyberTech is looking for a QA Analyst with experience in test automation to help ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. You will play an integral role in quality management, testing fixes and new features, client APIs, and documentation, as well as contributing to test improvement and automation initiatives.


    Responsibility :

    • Plan, create, and execute test plans according to product requirements and estimate the effort involved
    • Design, develop, and maintain automated tests (Playwright)
    • Clarify requirements as needed in collaboration with the product team
    • Define and maintain test coverage aligned with functional and technical requirements
    • Provide both positive and constructive feedback to the development team
    • Identify, document, and track defects until resolution
    • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum / Kanban)
    • Provide Level 3 product support (no direct client communication, no on-call responsibilities)


    Basic

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation
    • Strong experience with Playwright
    • Solid knowledge of Git (branch management, pull requests, conflict resolution)
    • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, etc.)
    • Experience using AI to assist in test script generation and optimization

    Nice to have

      • Experience with BDD / test definition languages (Cucumber, Gherkin, SpecFlow)
      • Experience with AI-powered visual testing tools (e.g., Applitools)
