Nightwing is seeking a detail-driven Manual Test Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software. In this role, you will work closely with the Test Lead, Software Developers, and other Quality Assurance professionals to ensure our applications are reliable, intuitive, and ready for real-world use. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a keen sense of ownership, comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment, and has a collaborative mindset with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
What You Will Get to Do:
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications.
Analyze product features, design test parameters, create customized quality checks, and write test reports documenting actual test results.
Perform hands-on manual and exploratory testing for all software releases.
Identify, document, and drive resolution of defects and perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
Participate in regression testing to confirm fixes and prevent reintroducing issues.

Salary & Benefits
The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards.
