What You'll Do
As a Software Quality Assurance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our software, mobile applications, and electronic security products meet the highest standards before they reach our customers. You'll work alongside Product Managers, Software Developers, and Hardware Engineers to identify issues, improve product performance, and help deliver reliable, innovative solutions.
In this role, you will:
  • Perform manual testing on new and existing software and electronic security products.
  • Execute functional, regression, performance, usability, and acceptance testing.
  • Develop, review, and update detailed test plans.
  • Document test results and accurately report defects using bug-tracking software.
  • Reproduce customer-reported issues and verify software fixes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
  • Participate in project handoff meetings and provide testing updates.
  • Help improve testing processes and contribute to continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of software quality assurance or testing experience.
  • Degree in a technology-related field (preferred but not required).
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
