Overview

At Kenco Logistics, the Quality Assurance Coordinator supports the site quality management system, ensuring processes and procedures align with standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the quality management system.
  • Administer the internal audit program: train auditors, audit processes and procedures, and measure results.
  • Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non‑conformance issues, conduct root cause and corrective action investigations.
  • Collect and compile statistical quality data and analyze to identify improvement areas.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent years of experience (one year of professional experience per year of college).
  • 2–4 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
  • Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015; Lead Auditor certification preferred.
