Role Overview
The QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring software quality, reliability, and performance. This role involves testing applications, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with development and business teams to deliver high-quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Test software throughout the development lifecycle to ensure it meets requirements
  • Perform functional, integration, performance, and regression testing
  • Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test strategies
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
  • Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Lead QA activities and support or guide junior QA team members when required
Required Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance for enterprise applications
  • Strong hands-on experience across the full software testing lifecycle
  • 3+ years of experience leading QA activities, including automation strategy
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as:
