JOB SUMMARY:


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of the construction process.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Project Planning and Coordination:

-Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

-Coordinate and collaborate with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.


Budget and Cost Management:

-Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within approved limits.

-Review and approve invoices, change orders, and other financial documents.


Schedule Management:

-Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.

-Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and delays.


Quality Control and Safety:

-Ensure all construction activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

-Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee high standards of workmanship.


Client and Stakeholder Communication:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.

-Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders.

-Provide timely change orders as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, NOT REQUIRED.

-Minimum of [2] years of experience in commercial construction management roles.

-Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects.

-Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.

-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
