Job description

As project manager, this individual will be responsible for the successful organization and execution of custom software development projects for a wide range of clients.
The senior project manager will report to the business owner and operate under the strategic direction of the business owner. They will be responsible for collecting requirements, establishing plans and forecasts, leading teams through project execution, and successfully delivering results on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities
  • Professionally participate in client meetings to establish project requirements
  • Create project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets and resources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Ensure project goals and objectives are met
  • Provide guidance and leadership to project team members
