Job description

We're seeking a Reconstruction Project Coordinator to support residential and commercial restoration efforts across the Greater Boston area. This field-based role blends coordination, documentation, and on-site support to help keep post-damage reconstruction projects moving efficiently and on budget.

What You'll Do as the Reconstruction Project Coordinator:

  • Coordinate daily schedules for field crews to maintain project timelines
  • Document project progress with detailed logs, including status updates, personnel tracking, and site photos/videos
  • Use company software to track project workflows and assist with weekly reporting
  • Monitor daily costs and support overall budget management
  • Help organize materials, subcontractor schedules, and field communications
  • Provide hands-on support at job sites to ensure quality and safety standards are met

Must-Haves as the Reconstruction Project Coordinator:

  • Background in construction, engineering, or restoration work
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable personal vehicle for travel between job sites (company vehicle may be available later)
  • Willingness to work occasional Saturdays as needed
  • Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
