Your Role

As a Project Manager at WES Construction Corp., you will play a crucial role in overseeing project planning, scheduling, and implementation of complex construction projects.


Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction planning to project close-out for 2-3 projects simultaneously.
  • Developing project schedules, budgets, and schedules of values.
  • Sourcing and negotiating with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Collaborating with superintendents to allocate resources effectively.
  • Leading pre-construction and project close-out activities.
  • Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.


We are seeking a candidate with:

  • A strong, proven background in building and/or site construction work.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or related fields.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with construction management software.
  • The ability to visualize project outcomes and phase work accordingly.
  • A detail-oriented and deadline-driven mindset.
  • Experience in Water / Wastewater Treatment is a plus.
