Job description

The Project Manager is the primary point of contact between our customers and our internal team.

Your job is to keep projects organized, customers informed, and our design, production, and installation teams supplied with the information they need to complete work correctly and on schedule.

This position requires someone who can manage multiple projects at once without losing track of details. You should be comfortable communicating with customers, solving problems, coordinating schedules, and holding projects accountable to deadlines.

You do not need to know everything about vehicle wraps or signage on day one. However, you need to be organized, willing to learn, comfortable with technology, and capable of taking ownership of your projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer projects from initial handoff through completion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Gather all necessary information, artwork, measurements, vehicle information, photos, and project details
  • Create and maintain accurate project information within our systems
  • Coordinate projects between customers, designers, production staff, installers, and management
  • Keep projects moving through the design and approval process
  • Communicate proofs, revisions, timelines, and project updates with customers
  • Follow up with customers when approvals, artwork, deposits, or other information is needed
  • Review project information for accuracy before releasing jobs into production
  • Coordinate installation and production scheduling
  • Help ensure materials, vehicles, artwork, and other requirements are ready before scheduled production or installation
  • Identify potential scheduling or production issues before they become problems
  • Maintain organized customer and project files
  • Update project statuses and internal tracking systems
  • Communicate changes or special requirements clearly to the production and installation teams
  • Help manage multiple active projects and prioritize work based on deadlines
  • Provide customers with a professional and responsive experience
  • Assist with project closeout and ensure completed jobs are properly documented

What We're Looking For

The right person is someone who naturally likes keeping things organized and moving forward.

You should be:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing many projects at the same time
  • Strong at written and verbal communication
  • Confident communicating with customers
  • Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do next
  • Comfortable holding customers and coworkers accountable to deadlines
  • Able to recognize when information is missing or something doesn't look right
  • Good at solving problems without creating unnecessary drama
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities occasionally change
  • Able to learn new software and processes quickly
  • Dependable and consistent
  • Willing to take ownership when something is your responsibility
