Only Local Candidates - Resource will be required to work onsite in Indianapolis 1-2 days per week based on the needs of the project.

The essential functions of this role are as follows:
- Oversee multiple projects to ensure proper management towards successful conclusion.
- Manage large enterprise-type projects that involve multiple internal stakeholders or contracted resources.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans.
- Define users and project team members’ roles and responsibilities on the project.
- Define user requirements, deliverables, and approvals.
- Coordinate and monitor activities of all stakeholders to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Communicate project status to management and project stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide guidance to intermediate level project managers including recommending training and experience.
Skills:
- Experience in IT Project Management and IT digital transformation.
- Prior experience working on State of Indiana large software projects desired.
- Strong knowledge of information systems development life cycle, information technology, project tools and approaches to development and implementation.
- Experience with multiple methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
- Ability to translate technology terms and explain concepts of the SDLC to program/business/stakeholders who may have little to no exposure working on or with large software projects/teams.
- Strong knowledge in leading modernizing Oracle, PL/SQL, data warehouses using BigQuery, Dataflow, and DataStream.
- Ability to work with technical team members, and other IT professionals to flesh out project plans and risk registers and overcome obstacles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills required.

- Responsible for relationship management, project planning, resource management, tactical execution, and the creation and/or oversight of final project deliverables.
- Lead end-to-end migration of our on-premises Oracle Data Warehouse to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
