Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives for global clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large, cross-functional programs spanning business, technology, operations, and organizational change.

This role requires exceptional executive stakeholder management, strategic planning, roadmap development, business case creation, and program governance capabilities. The Program Manager will be responsible for aligning multiple workstreams, managing risks and dependencies, driving business outcomes, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Program Leadership

  • Lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs from initiation through successful execution.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, governance frameworks, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate multiple interconnected projects and workstreams across business and technology teams.
  • Ensure alignment between strategic business objectives and program outcomes.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and senior business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive governance forums.
  • Drive decision-making and resolution of complex business and operational challenges.
  • Communicate program status, risks, issues, and recommendations to leadership teams.

Strategic Planning & Advisory

  • Support development of transformation strategies, business cases, investment justification, and operating models.
  • Partner with business leaders to define priorities, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Support opportunities for optimization, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.

Program Governance & Execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10-12 years of experience with 5+ years of Program management
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in consulting, transformation, business operations, or technology programs.
  • Proven experience managing complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, business functions, and workstreams.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in program governance, portfolio management, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within major consulting organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, Capgemini, IBM Consulting, or similar firms.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation, business transformation, cloud transformation, or operating model evolution programs.
  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience managing global delivery teams across multiple geographies.

Travel

  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% based on client and business requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Trianz compensation reflects the cost oflaboracross several US geographic markets. The base pay ranges between USD $150000 to $180,000. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
