  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or Technology Leadership roles.
  • Proven experience delivering complex technology programs within the banking, financial services, or fintech sector.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system architecture, and technology delivery frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams from multiple perspectives, including: 
    • Program and project management
    • Technical and engineering oversight
    • Stakeholder engagement and business alignment
    • SDLC governance and delivery monitoring
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution. 
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus. 
  • A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with risk management, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing enterprise-scale banking platforms, digital transformation initiatives, or regulatory technology programs.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within financial services organizations.

  • Lead large-scale technology programs and strategic initiatives within banking and financial services environments. 
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, architecture groups, and executive leadership. 
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. 
  • Provide leadership and oversight across multiple workstreams, balancing business priorities, project execution, and technical requirements. 
  • Drive effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into business-focused outcomes. 
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to understand technical challenges, solution designs, dependencies, and deliverables. 
  • Monitor and govern the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring adherence to development standards, quality controls, risk management, and compliance requirements. 
  • Establish program governance, metrics, reporting structures, and executive-level dashboards. 
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams. 
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and program planning activities while promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
