 Product Manager

Location: Remote (Candidate should be based in or near Nashville, TN)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a curious, growth-minded Product Manager to help shape and deliver software products that solve meaningful customer problems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer discovery, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and turning insights into clear product requirements.

The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, support, and leadership teams throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through delivery and measurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and participate in customer discovery conversations and translate feedback into actionable product insights.
  • Organize and maintain customer feedback, product ideas, and recurring themes to support product decision-making.
  • Define, review, and improve product usage tracking through tools such as Pendo, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Analyze user behavior, adoption trends, funnels, and feature performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation for engineering teams.
  • Ensure product backlog items are clear, actionable, testable, and aligned to business goals.
  • Support release planning and coordinate activities across product, engineering, design, and support teams.
  • Prepare release notes, internal communications, product documentation, and presentations as needed.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to help inform product strategy.
  • Track product performance after release and communicate results, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Take accountability for product outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement across the product organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a technology, software, SaaS, product, analytics, business analysis, implementation, customer success, or related environment.
  • Strong curiosity and desire to understand customer needs, business processes, and product performance.
  • Ability to gather information, identify patterns, and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Experience communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
