Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Products. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap, overseeing the product life cycle from inception to launch, and gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and the competitive landscape to deliver products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver products that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Develop and implement product plans, including market requirements, product release plans, and product launch activities.
  • Analyze market data to identify key product trends, insights, and opportunities.
  • Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Evaluate product performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments.

Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Information Technology.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to gather and interpret complex data sets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
