The Opportunity
As a Procurement Facilities Manager, you will focus on purchasing processes and managing supplier relationships to drive cost savings and operational efficiency. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will play a pivotal role in executing, managing, and optimizing purchase processes, confirming the organization obtains quality goods at the appropriate price. This role is essential in driving cost savings and enhancing operational efficiency, contributing significantly to the firm's success.
As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You are responsible for coaching and managing performance to meet client expectations, while identifying opportunities that contribute to the firm's success. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC, you will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery, encouraging others to do the same. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Leading procurement processes to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
- Managing supplier relationships to secure quality goods and services at competitive prices
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes
- Overseeing contract lifecycle management, including negotiation and compliance monitoring
- Conducting cost analysis and managing budgets to align with organizational goals
- Utilizing procurement software to streamline purchase order management and reporting
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address procurement needs
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance in procurement activities
- Analyzing industry trends to inform strategic sourcing decisions and supplier negotiations
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
