Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth implementation of activities. - Contribute to the development of campaign business plans, leveraging data analysis and research to gain insights into operational performance and provide strategic support for decision-making. - Participate in designing campaign marketing strategies, assist in project management, and facilitate collaboration between internal and external teams to ensure successful execution. - Support cross-team communication for key campaign initiatives, working with industry experts, operations, user growth (UG), product teams, and more. Assist in project management and drive implementation across teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an undergraduate or a graduate degree - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Strong data sensitivity and proficiency in Excel formulas; experience with design software is a plus. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate both internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Preferred Qualifications: - Background in Business/ Marketing or related field. - Prior experience in e-commerce activities and marketing is preferred. - Proficiency in data analysis software.
