Description:
  • Support the daily activities with systems/application for the Supplier Quality group.
  • Student will support current systems (development and maintenance), process improvement initiatives, on-going processes, and workflows.
  • Further development of reporting tools
  • Maintenance of reporting systems
  • Data analysis
  • Assist department improvement initiatives
  • Support department specialists in daily tasks
  • Light coding of front ends and back-ends (with direction from the team and leads)
  • Steering your collaborative partners
  • Developing tools used for reporting (MS Applications, Oracle, APEX, ...)
  • Plan and implement projects and tasks related to assignment from management
  • Application optimizations
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

The qualified intern should expect to contribute to improvements in the following functions:
  • Conduct research and conceptualize new ideas.
  • Support project management and coordination of plans for related projects.
  • Coordinate and support focused, community-based events and initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret information to evaluate the landscape against business strategies.
  • Stay abreast of best practices and recommend relevant initiatives for activities and actions.
  • Provide regular input on enhancing processes and practices.
  • Support the organization's vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmap.
  • Partner with stakeholders to enable successful prioritization, development, delivery, and adoption of program goals.
  • Create PowerPoint slide decks for presentations and support preparation for meetings.
  • Participate in project team meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Schedule the use of meeting room facilities on an as-needed basis.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by project team members.

Qualifications:
  • [Undergrad or Masters] in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics.
  • Base computer language: E.G SQL, JAVA, R, Python, HTML/CSS, ...
  • Ability to absorb information quickly
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
  • Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Good organization and project management skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English and preferably German.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
  • MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
  • DATES ARE January 11 2027 - May 14 2027
