Job description

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Customer Integration Manager to support our Freightview platform. In this role you will be responsible for helping customers create value and achieve higher satisfaction through the connected C.H. Robinson products through third party software. You will ensure that customers see initial success working with C.H. Robinson and our platforms (e.g., timely quoting, pricing accuracy, the connection is working as designed) and success over time as their objectives evolve. The role drives improved digital connections with customers as well as increased visibility to customers activities and win rates.

This hybrid role is based in our Kansas City office with in-office expectations of 1-2 days per week.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Customer Onboarding & Implementation

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new Freightview customers, including setup, configuration, carrier connectivity, and successful launch execution.
  • Provide training and best practices to drive adoption and ensure customers effectively utilize Freightview capabilities.

Customer Support & Problem Resolution

  • Serve as an escalation point for complex issues, investigating and troubleshooting technical and operational challenges.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to resolve issues and proactively communicate updates to customers.

Customer Integrations

  • Manage integration projects (APIs, EDI, carrier connections), translating business requirements into technical solutions and overseeing testing through deployment.
  • Monitor integration performance and identify opportunities to optimize data flow and connectivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth customer transitions and advocate for customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to enhance processes, improve outcomes, and inform product enhancements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify recurring customer pain points and develop scalable solutions to improve onboarding, integrations, and support workflows.
  • Create and maintain documentation, track key metrics, and contribute insights to drive ongoing process and product improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Preferred:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with customer interactions
  • Familiarity with CHR's systems
  • Familiarity with CHR's business model and customer dynamics (e.g., accessorial, customer requirements)

Compensation Range

$66,900.00 - $105,800.00
