OPERATIONS & BUSINESS INTEGRATION MANAGER

Location: Wildwood, MO (Onsite)

About the Opportunity

seeking a highly organized Operations & Business Integration Manager to serve as the founder's right hand and operational leader. This individual will act as the central coordinator across administration, scheduling, bookkeeping, marketing support, customer relations, and day-to-day studio operations.

The ideal candidate is an "Integrator" who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, enjoys creating structure from complexity, and can successfully coordinate people, processes, schedules, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational lead and second-in-command to the Founder, helping execute strategic initiatives and organizational goals.

• Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth coordination across staff, instructors, members, students, and vendors.

• Manage scheduling for classes, workshops, events, instructors, facilities, and studio operations.

• Coordinate production workflows, including kiln scheduling and operational processes within the ceramics studio.

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reporting coordination.

• Monitor business performance, class enrollment, occupancy levels, and operational efficiency.

• Assist with marketing execution, website updates, event promotion, social media coordination, and customer communications.

• Track contractor and employee hours, onboarding activities, and administrative records.

• Coordinate facility maintenance projects, vendor relationships, purchasing, and inventory needs.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement systems, processes, and accountability measures to improve efficiency and growth.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, Business Administration, Project Coordination, Office Management, or similar leadership roles.

• Strong organizational and process improvement skills.

• Experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and schedules simultaneously.

• Working knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and business administration.

• Strong communication and relationship management abilities.

• Self-directed, proactive, and capable of operating with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable learning new systems, software platforms, and operational tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience serving in an EOS Integrator, OPERATIONS & BUSINESS INTEGRATION MANAGER

• Experience supporting small businesses, entrepreneurial organizations, nonprofits, educational programs, creative studios, or community organizations.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Wix, WordPress, scheduling platforms, and CRM systems.

• Marketing coordination, customer engagement, or business growth experience.

• Experience building operational systems and scaling organizations.
