Ideal Software Systems is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Implementation Specialist to join our growing Professional Services team. This role is responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting software and hardware solutions for customers throughout North America. The Implementation Specialist serves as a trusted advisor during customer onboarding and deployment projects, ensuring successful installation, configuration, training, and go-live support. This position combines technical expertise, customer engagement, project coordination, and problem-solving to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
