Title: Qgenda Consultant Duration: 12 month contract Location: Remote Notes: QGenda Consultant, you will play a crucial role in configuring QGenda solutions based on customer requirements, leading implementation and training calls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer goals. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and successful onboarding of clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure QGenda solutions using customer requirements and best practices.
  • Lead (or has led) implementation and training calls with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer goals are met.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the implementation phase.
  • Ensure constant communication with project team members throughout the implementation process.
  • Establish a strong foundation for future customer success.
  • Use established best practices to address targeted business outcomes.
  • Transfer configuration knowledge to the Customer Success organization.
Qualifications:
