Implementations Project Manager
LaSalle Network is hiring for an Implementation Project Manager with a global consulting firm known for its innovative solutions and dynamic growth.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex software implementation projects in a fast-paced, international environment. You will manage client relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive successful project deliveries while working closely with diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Shape and set up implementation projects, including defining context, objectives, scope, and approach, ensuring feasibility and involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of your own projects, including schedule, scope, people, budget, and risk management, and track progress with clear communication and documentation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, third parties, vendors, and partners, coordinating work effectively within projects.
  • Manage, train, and coach team members daily, providing feedback and supporting their development.
  • Lead and participate in internal initiatives, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Report to the Director, Professional Services (Americas).

Qualifications
  • 1-7 years of solid project management experience, preferably in information technology or software implementation environments (SaaS).
  • Proven client-facing leadership and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with software implementations such as ERPs, SQL, and Qlik Sense.
  • Strong understanding of project financials and budget management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and willingness to travel.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes is advantageous.
