Lead ServiceNow Software Engineer supporting Publix Technology's ITSM business area. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can independently drive ServiceNow implementations, integrations, CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM solutions from business requirements through design, architecture, development, code review, deployment, and production support while partnering with architects, analysts, product owners, QA, security teams, and business stakeholders.
Location: Hybrid (Lakeland, FL) 
Work Model: Hybrid role based in Lakeland, FL.

Your impact:
  • Independently lead the analysis, design, architecture, development, implementation, and support of complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, integrations, and enterprise workflows
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions that improve platform capabilities, workflow automation, and user experience
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership across solution architecture, design decisions, development execution, code reviews, platform governance, and engineering best practices
  • Mentor junior and intermediate developers through requirements analysis, solution design, development, troubleshooting, code quality, and delivery execution across the SDLC
  • Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert for platform support, upgrades, operational stability, root cause analysis, and after-hours support for critical services
  • Influence business and technology stakeholders through clear technical recommendations, executive-level communication, and collaborative decision-making
