Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your software engineering and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead a talented software team to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring repeatable performance and driving innovation. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (project/program management, HR, and engineering departments), coach and mentor team members to nurture skill growth, and implement best practices to achieve excellence-and much more."
We'll look to you for:
  • Agreeing and implementing the development centre guidelines, including team profile, skills, and growth plans
  • Developing and maintaining domain competences while coaching the team and growing World Class Engineering Experts
  • Setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, and establishing deadlines
  • Providing support to team project/program execution
  • Promoting Alstom values to your team
  • Continuously motivating, encouraging, evaluating, recognizing, training, and developing team resources in cooperation with HR as per approved performance evaluation processes and targets
  • Deploying Process, Methods, and Tools in the Test Engineering team, while providing feedback for process reviews
  • Collecting REX (Return of Experience) from execution and identifying innovation opportunities to enhance the Reference Library and share outcomes at the department level
