Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs using Ruby on Rails
โ€ข Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
โ€ข Design and optimize database schemas and implement effective design patterns
โ€ข Develop and maintain background jobs and system integrations
โ€ข Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
โ€ข Follow TDD, CI/CD, Agile/SCRUM, refactoring, and coding standards
