You will lead the design of complex, cloud-native systems, ensuring that our software products are not only innovative but also resilient, secure, and built for long-term sustainability. As a Senior Architect, you will act as a bridge between the Director's vision and the engineering teams' execution, providing the technical blueprints and leadership necessary to modernize our healthcare technology suite.

  • Technical Governance:**Evaluate existing systems to identify bottlenecks in performance, security, or cost, and propose actionable architectural shifts to resolve them.

  • Mentorship:Act as a mentor to staff and senior engineers, elevating the technical bar across the organization and ensuring the architecture is understood and correctly implemented.
