Job description

Role Summary

A manufacturing organization is seeking a Software Developer to support and enhance its enterprise ERP environment. This position is based onsite in Florence, MA. The client is open to candidates who do not have prior ERP experience but are willing to learn JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. This is a full-time role with a fixed base salary of $90,000 plus a $10,000 annual bonus paid in two installments. The role also offers exposure to modern initiatives, including AI-related enhancements.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in software development supporting large-scale ERP systems
  • Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is preferred but not required
Key Skills
  • Strong adaptability, positive mindset, and willingness to learn new systems and technologies
  • Experience working with internal business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Ability to translate functional specifications into technical solutions
  • Experience using programming languages and development toolsets in an ERP environment
  • Ability to support Business Analysts with solution design and feedback

  • Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional additional hours as needed
