Job Title: AI Engineer AI Software Engineer

Location: Plano, TX

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer / AI Software Engineer to develop and integrate AI-powered applications and enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AI models, React.js, Java, and microservices.

This role is focused on AI Software Engineering and application development, rather than traditional Python/Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI-powered applications and software solutions.
  • Integrate Generative AI/LLM models and AI APIs into enterprise applications.
  • Develop modern and scalable frontend applications using React.js.
  • Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
  • Integrate AI models with frontend and backend services.
  • Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI-powered automation.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and scalability.
  • Participate in Agile development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering / AI Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML models and Generative AI.
  • Strong React.js, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript experience.
  • Strong Java and Spring Boot experience.
  • Experience developing Java Microservices and REST APIs.
  • Experience integrating LLMs/AI models into applications.
  • Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, or AI agents.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
