The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications using the .NET stack. This position requires proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on modern, component-based architecture using Blazor WebAssembly or Blazor Server.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize interactive and responsive user interfaces with Blazor (Server or WebAssembly).
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Implement database models, queries, and performance optimizations using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server or other RDBMS.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing.
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest development tools, trends, and practices in the .NET and Blazor ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in full stack web development with ASP.NET Core.
  • Strong experience with Blazor WebAssembly or Blazor Server.
  • Proficiency in C#, Razor, and .NET 6/7/8+.
  • Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL databases.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
  • Good understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, DDD).
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Azure cloud services, DevOps pipelines, or containerization (Docker).
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization using ASP.NET Identity, OAuth, or OpenID Connect.
  • Familiarity with SignalR, gRPC, or real-time communication protocols.
  • Experience in integrating third-party APIs or services.
  • Unit and integration testing frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, or bUnit (for Blazor).
  • Prior experience with microservices or distributed systems is a plus.

Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced development environment.
