The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, cloud-native application development on AWS, event-driven architectures, and database technologies. This role involves building scalable, secure, and highly available applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web application front ends using TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and Angular 16+ within a monorepo architecture.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles and component-based design patterns to deliver scalable enterprise applications.
• Design and implement event-driven, serverless backend services and RESTful APIs using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions.
• Develop asynchronous messaging solutions using Amazon SQS and SNS to support scalable microservice communication.
• Design, develop, and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions using Oracle Database, PostgreSQL (Amazon RDS), Amazon DocumentDB, and DynamoDB.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and efficient data access patterns for high-volume data processing.
• Design and implement cloud-native architectures utilizing AWS services including ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS, DocumentDB, and DynamoDB.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Develop comprehensive end-to-end, integration, and performance tests using Playwright with TypeScript.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, database administrators, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of progressive experience developing enterprise full-stack software applications.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript for full-stack development.
• Experience developing modern web applications using Angular 16+ and monorepo architectures.
• Expertise in designing and implementing event-driven architectures on AWS.
• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, SQS, SNS, ECS, S3, RDS, DocumentDB, and DynamoDB.
• Experience designing and developing applications using Oracle Database and/or PostgreSQL (Amazon RDS).
• Experience working with NoSQL databases such as Amazon DocumentDB and DynamoDB.
• Experience developing end-to-end, integration, and performance tests using Playwright with TypeScript.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices, automated testing, and configuration management.
• Experience using version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
