Job description

What You'll do:

  • Provide day-to-day operational coverage across the delivery systems-help service teams ship, investigate deploy issues, keep the shared packages and ingress layer in good shape, and respond when something needs attention.
  • Implement features, fixes, and improvements in TypeScript/Node (NestJS) on the delivery systems and in Go on the automation platform, with code review and support from senior engineers on the team.
  • Contribute to our infrastructure-intelligence tooling and MCP/agentic automation that provisions, updates, and audits infrastructure.
  • Work within our ArgoCD / Helm / GitHub Actions delivery model-declarative changes, safe rollouts, and clean rollbacks.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent, ideally with some exposure to infrastructure, platform, or backend/services work.
  • Solid proficiency in Go or TypeScript/JavaScript, and a genuine willingness to become productive in the other. The delivery systems are TypeScript/Node (NestJS, in an Nx monorepo); the automation platform is Go. You write clear, tested, maintainable code and are eager to grow.
  • Good engineering fundamentals-building and consuming APIs, debugging, testing, version control, and reasoning about how a change affects others.
  • Some hands-on experience with-or strong eagerness to learn-Kubernetes (K8s), cloud providers (GCP and/or AWS), and CI/CD tooling like GitHub Actions and Helm.
  • Interest in (or some exposure to) the GitOps model-declarative, Git-driven deployment with tools like ArgoCD.
  • A collaborative, communicative style, and comfort learning an unfamiliar production system-asking good questions and learning before changing.

Bonus Points:

  • Exposure to Terraform, Temporal (or other workflow engines), or MCP / agentic AI.
  • Any hands-on work with GitOps tooling (ArgoCD, Helm) or a self-service deployment platform.
  • Contributions to open-source infrastructure, CD, or developer-tooling projects.
