We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our IT Business Applications department. This team is responsible for developing and maintaining internal applications that support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both .NET/C# and Python development, with a proven track record of building scalable cloud-based applications.
 
What You'll Do:

Lead and participate in the full application lifecycle, from requirements through architecture, development, and monitoring
Design and build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs
Develop clean, maintainable, high-performance code
Contribute to system architecture and cloud-native scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features
Apply modern development practices and participate in code reviews
Leverage emerging technologies, including AI tools, to enhance applications
What You Bring:

5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (.NET Core preferred)
Strong Python experience
Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles and modern development practices
Experience building scalable applications and backend services
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
Experience with database design and performance optimization
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Nice to Have:

Experience with AI/ML technologies or RAG-based systems
Familiarity with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services)
Experience with frontend technologies (React / Angular / JavaScript)
Experience with messaging systems (Azure Service Bus / RabbitMQ)
Experience with enterprise authentication and authorization systems
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Okta
