 Mandatory Qualifications:

  • At a minimum, seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming.

  • o At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field

  • o Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. 

  • If substituting the Bachelor's degree with an additional four (4) years of qualifying experience, then the requirement for mandatory experience must reflect a total of nine (9) years of experience. 

Desirable Qualifications: 

  • Up to three (3) additional year(s) above the mandatory minimum of seven (7) years of experience.

  • A minimum of one (1) project and maximum of three (3) projects with experience providing software development for federal, state, or local government entities. 

  • A minimum of one (1) project and maximum of three (3) projects with experience working on complex large scale IT projects utilizing Agile software development methodologies based on the principles of user-centered design and iterative development.

  • Possession of a valid Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert certification from Microsoft.
