Your New Role

Location: Moab, Utah

  • Oversee daily commercial construction site operations from pre-construction through project completion

  • Manage subcontractors, project schedules, and jobsite coordination

  • Lead commercial ground-up construction projects while maintaining production timelines

  • Coordinate with project managers, vendors, inspectors, and stakeholders

  • Conduct site meetings and provide project status updates

  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope

  • Maintain quality control standards throughout all phases of construction

  • Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies

  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation

  • Support successful execution of multi-story commercial construction projects, including hotel construction projects

  • 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience

  • Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish

  • Experience in managing multi-story projects preferred

  • Ground-up commercial construction experience

  • Hotel construction project experience

  • Strong knowledge of commercial building systems, construction management, jobsite coordination, scheduling, and subcontractor management

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

  • Valid driver's license

  • OSHA certification preferred

  • Procore or similar construction management software experience preferred
