Job Summary:
Marvell Technology is a leader in semiconductor solutions that form the backbone of global data infrastructure. They are seeking a Senior Staff SRAM Software Engineer to enhance their custom SRAM team, focusing on the development of memory optimization solutions and collaboration with SRAM circuit designers.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with SRAM circuit designers to implement PPA (Power, Performance, Area) data to create design kits.
• Create systems to optimize SRAM memory solutions for SoC designers.
• Develop new solutions to meet emerging market needs for semiconductor IP.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Functional programming (Clojure desirable), and Java programming.
• Scripting (Perl, Python, Bash) in a command line environment.
• Strong background developing in a Linux environment.
• Well versed with version control systems (Git, GitHub).
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage project deadlines effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
• Experience with SRAM architecture.
• Proficiency with EDA views (e.g. ATPG, TCD, Verilog).
• Experience with software system architecture.
