A Software Engineer Project Manager is a professional who oversees software development projects from inception to completion. They combine technical expertise in software engineering with project management skills to coordinate teams, manage timelines, allocate resources, and ensure that project goals are met. This role often involves bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication, and managing risks.
