Join our Content Management team as a Software QA Developer, contributing to our sovereign cloud initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with development, product management, cloud operations, and security teams. You'll play a key part in continuous integration, containerization, and cloud-based solutions, helping us deliver secure, high-quality products. What the role offers

As a Lead Software Developer, you will:

  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Git) for automated testing and deployment.
  • Integrate end-to-end automated tests into release workflows.
  • Work with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible).
  • Apply strong programming and scripting skills in Java and Python.
  • Create, maintain, and execute automated tests using tools like Selenium WebDriver
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems, providing detailed analysis.
  • Build deep product knowledge of ECM platforms, including content management, search, workflow, and integration components.
  • Review software requirements and controls for compliance and security analysis.

What you need to Succeed:

  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to collaborate across development, QA, and business teams to streamline release cycles.
  • Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
  • Database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of agile development processes.
  • Experience navigating sovereign cloud requirements (e.g., FedRAMP controls, authorization processes, or compliance documentation) is an asset.
  • Solid grasp of secure coding standards and the ability to apply security testing techniques to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities
  • Ability to assess vulnerability reports from automated scanning tools, validate findings, and coordinate remediation with development teams.
