Description
API Management team is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will be responsible for the core software engineering tasks in a project team. The selected individual will be required to work with dynamic teams that are driven by project delivery goals also he/she should possess the drive to learn and continuously improve on work performances and assist software engineers in writing quality code.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Play a key role in the software development process by participating and even leading in the conceptualization, design, planning, specification, and development
• Assist your scrum team with planning, scoping, and building of technical solutions for new capabilities
• Continue to acquire specialized functional knowledge, more complex skills and operating practices
• Remain flexible and responsive to changing priorities and multiple, concurrent responsibilities
• Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance issues and incorrect application behavior
• Be a developer advocate for the API Management Program
• Make optimum utilization of engineering tools and technologies to maintain a high productivity level in the team
Qualifications
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with strong fundamentals and problem solving skills, or equivalent work experience
• 8 years' experience in software development
• Strong experience in Distributed Architecture; knowledgeable/experience with Enterprise Architecture, Database Design
